Two shops. Seven days. One job.
We are a walk-in repair shop and accessories store in central London. No appointment, no postage, no waiting a week for someone to look at it. Bring the device in, we tell you what is wrong and what it costs, and most of the time you take it home the same day.
What we actually do
Most of our work is repairs. But people walk in for all sorts of reasons, and we would rather be useful than specialised into a corner.
Repairs
Phones, tablets, laptops, desktops and smartwatches. Screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, water damage and data recovery. Every repair carries a warranty.
Buying and selling
Sell us your old handset for cash, trade it against something newer, or pick up a refurbished phone that has been properly checked rather than wiped and shipped.
Accessories
Cables, chargers, power banks, earphones, adapters and hubs — on the shelf, so you can hold the thing before you buy it. Also online if you would rather.
Currency exchange
Both shops change money at competitive rates with no commission. Handy if you are heading to St Pancras or coming off a flight with the wrong notes in your pocket.
Straight answers
If a repair is not worth doing, we say so. If a phone is three years old and the battery is the only problem, we will tell you that rather than sell you a new one.
Speed, where it matters
Most phone screens and batteries are done within the hour. Laptops and data recovery take longer, and we will give you a realistic time rather than an optimistic one.
How a repair actually goes
No forms, no queue ticket, no "we'll call you within five working days".
Walk in
No appointment needed. You can book a slot online if you would rather not wait, but you do not have to.
We look at it, free
A technician diagnoses it in front of you and tells you the price and the time before anything is opened up.
You decide
If you would rather not go ahead, that is fine and it costs you nothing. No fix, no fee is the whole policy.
Take it home
Most repairs the same day, many within the hour, and every one covered by a warranty you can come back and use.
Two shops, two very different streets
We are not a chain and we are not a kiosk. Both shops are staffed by technicians who do the repairs themselves, and both are somewhere you can come back to if something is not right.

Sunday 10am – 8pm
A few minutes from Russell Square and King's Cross, in the middle of a street of independent shops. A lot of our regulars here are students and staff from the universities around Bloomsbury, plus people staying nearby who have broken something on holiday.

Almost everyone who walks through our door lives, works or studies within about a mile of it. That shapes how we work more than anything else. You will probably see us again, so there is no version of this where overcharging someone once is a good idea.
It is why the diagnosis is free and why we will happily tell you a repair is not worth doing. It is why we stock the boring accessories — the right cable, the charger that actually delivers the wattage it claims — rather than only the profitable ones. And it is why both shops are open seven days: a broken phone is not a weekday problem.
We also try to be useful in the small ways. Plenty of people come in to ask a question, get an answer, and leave without buying anything. That is fine. It is a shop on a street, not a call centre.
"The staff was really helpful and attentive. Shop was very clean and well-organised!"
Broken something? Come in.
Both shops are open seven days a week. Walk in without an appointment, or book a slot online and skip the wait.
